Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns ONLY under the following circumstances:
1. The item arrived damaged (broken, cracked, or physically defective upon delivery)
2. The item received does not match the product description or order placed (wrong item or wrong specification)
We do NOT accept returns for:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Items that have been used, installed, or altered
• Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow product instructions
• Items returned without prior written authorization

How to Request a Return
If your item qualifies:
1. Email support@bekrel.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the damage or discrepancy
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Resolution Options
Upon approval, we will offer one of the following:
• Full refund to your original payment method, or
• Replacement item (subject to availability)
We reserve the right to request additional documentation before approving a return.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

For approved returns due to damage or our error, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
